Listen to the gentle sound of the river while you enjoy your breakfast on the spacious terrace. Let your children play in the spacious garden and organise a picnic while you prepare the barbecue in the garden for a convivial dinner in the glazed and wind-protected conservatory.



Use the holiday home's boat to discover romantic bathing spots and try your luck at fishing. Visit the modern Väven cultural centre, stroll through the old town or go kayaking on the Umeälven. Go shopping in Umeå, stop off at a charming restaurant or hike through Björnlandets National Park.



Note: The owner of the house will help you with a boat trip to the island.
