One of the highlights is its unique location above the village pub that offers an enticing menu featuring excellent locally sourced produce. The space As you step into The Loft, you'll discover tastefully appointed accommodation featuring three double bedrooms, including a master en-suite, and ample bathroom facilities. The living and dining area comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, creating a cozy space for relaxation and shared moments. The convenience of a washing and drying machine facility ensures a stress-free stay, whether you're enjoying a week-long escape or a weekend getaway. One of the highlights of The Loft is its unique location above the village pub. Immerse yourself in the welcoming atmosphere and enjoy a quiet and relaxed beer terrace. The pub offers an enticing menu featuring excellent locally sourced meat and seafood, with good dietary options available to cater to every guest. Families will find a warm welcome, and children are well looked after. Your unforgettable getaway awaits! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property. Other things to note Please note: Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out is before 10:00. There will be a £50 call-out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost. It is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also supply individual toiletries for guests (shampoo, body wash, and soap), which usually last around two days. The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed. Additional rules \-Parties are strictly prohibited \-Smoking is strictly prohibited \-Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise \-This is your home away from home, please care for it as such \-Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
