And when we telephoned no one answered. In the flat the first cupboard's handle came off in our hand, the clock did not work for want of a battery and the bathroom light flickered non-stop. "A stunning hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are beautifully designed and the amenities are great. The only downfall of this accommodation is the keyless entry and no onsite staff. I very nearly had to sleep on the streets due to lack of support from hotel staff and a tricky entry system"
