The heated bathroom floor is very nice! They offer a buffet breakfast. We only missed having a coffee machine in the room. It is near plenty of restaurants and bakeries. Barfurber Haus is attached. That was our favorite restaurant while in Ulm. The hotel breakfast was low on some of the selection such as bacon an cressants. That was disappointing. The room was great. Good technology. Plenty of USB ports to keep everything charged. The TV accommodated our YouTube premium account so we had a great selection of things to watch. We stayed there 5 nights. We then moved to the RiKu in Neu Ulm for our second week in Ulm. Bars, Restaurants directly in the area (even in the ground floor of the same building). Very friendly and quick reception. The only little thing is disliked is: when i entered the room, it was smelling smoke, obviously somebody was smoking in this room before. This is very inconvient for non-smokers and should be made sure by the hotel.
