All was handled well in a polite and friendly manner. The room is nice, compact and trendy, bed very comfortable. Location is perfect. Parking is available nearby in the Sedelhof. First room we got SAFE BOX was Not working well so the friendly lady in reception change room for us and even want to help moving our stuff … FREE soft drinks is a very nice touch and more on the plus side NICE coffee machine (NES) …ok NO The and cream….…but the room at top and backside look like inside a jail (not like I had been there) just image NO really view from the window and another very strange things was open bath/shower room and NO private and separate toilet. NO space for your belongings. I was worried it would be too hipster for me, but actually it is a comfortable and modern hotel. The rooms have lots of amenities including a good range of toiletries and the free minibar, the view from the rooftop bar is excellent. On first floor facing the station and the room was very well insulated from the outside noise.
