"Excellent location. Close to city, Tigers ground and theatre. Professional welcome on reception. The room was comfortable and spacious. Heating instructions were useful. Bathroom was very spacious with lovely shower and toiletries. Bar area was welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with extra cooked options. All staff were friendly. A great rugby stay at a value for money rate. We will definitely return next season. "

"Lovely place, excellent breakfast, although need more eggs at busy time ! And turn the toaster up a bit! Needed extra pillow and none in the cupboard, and a knack to flushing the loo!! Generally, highly recommended stay, quiet, warm and friendly and reasonably priced."

"I would recommend this property for a short stay. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is great, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice with high quality toiletries provided. The leisure facilities are very good with a large pool and gym plus a steam room and sauna. Many of the people using the facilities were not staying in the hotel and it was quite busy at times. "The Junior Suite is an excellent room. Very spacious. Bar meals are excellent and staff were friendly and were working really hard. Water pipes can be a bit noisy at around 5am..but that's a little thing against a lovely room, good shower and clean hotel. The spa is good. The steam room and sauna are just average size and can get full. The hotel is lovely and a great place to stay. Good for visiting Coventry and Leicester and the surrounding areas. Would recommend it."
