・It is a good facility for long-term stays. The facility is based on the concept of "travel like you live," and is equipped with a washer/dryer, two baths, a private toilet, a kitchen, Wi-Fi in various places, and three private rooms, making it a comfortable place for long-term stays.  
  
・There is a market (Ukiha Roadside Station/Direct Sales Center/7 minutes by car) that is ranked No. 1 in Kyushu (Jalan ranking) for shopping for things you need to cook. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. As shown in "All Photos".  
  
・The location is also good.  
60 minutes by car from Fukuoka Airport (Fukuoka City). 5 minutes on foot from JR Ukiha Station.
