About this property

Modern, bright 2-room apartment, 150m to the lake

  • The apartment is on the top floor of our Seelust holiday home in Uhldingen. Living area 60sqm. Windows in all four directions. The apartment is in a very quiet location, about 150m distance from the lake. On foot 350m to the lake (swimming area). High quality, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Balcony (loggia) with a fantastic view of the lake. TV with satellite reception, WiFi, two bicycles available for free use. 3 canoes are available together with the other apartment (1er, 3er, 3er). Large common garden. Please note that the municipality of Uhldingen charges a tourist tax of € 2 / person and night, which you pay to us on site.
