The area around the hotel was very noisy from an early time each morning. I became sick and needed a taxi to a doctor at the train station. The staff was unhelpful, assuring me no taxi would take me such a short distance. I could not stand up. I asked about an Uber and they suggested I try that. Unfortunately, the hotel WiFi was down. They did not care. I hobbled outside to city WiFi and caught an Uber. When I returned, my key card did not work. I asked for a new one at the front desk and was asked for my ID. Isn't in a lobby chair to find it and couldn't get up. Some time later the desk clerk took mercy and brought me a working key. I could not call the front staff caring or helpful.
