### “Neustadt” apartment 2 - 5 min. to the lake

Modern apartment in the heart of the historic old town of Überlingen. A 5-minute walk from Lake Constance, renovated and comfortably furnished. A great vacation home in a historic half-timbered house typical for this area. Move in and simply feel at home! :)  
  
The apartment on the second floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds, a living/dining room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and WC and a hallway with wardrobe. In the living room there are two additional built-in beds (with slatted frame and mattress), so that the apartment can accommodate a total of 6 guests. A baby crib can be provided in one of the bedrooms.  
  
The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.  
  
6 parking spaces are available on the property.  
  
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

#### Tolle Lage. Alles nötige in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt.

Pros: Sehr gute Wohnung mit allem nötigen dabei. Parkplatz direkt am Hauseingang. Check-in/Check-out sehr unkompliziert. Gastgeber sehr nett und freundlich. Definitiv zu empfehlen!
