The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee on the private open terrace with a dining table or spend the evenings there with tasty home-cooked dinners and a glass of wine. The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk (600 m) away, a bakery can be found after an 8-minute walk (650 m), a pharmacy is 1 km or a 13-minute walk away, and you can reach restaurants within 600 m or a 7-minute walk away from the apartment. A train station is 1.3 km or a 16-minute walk away. The closest beach, Ostbad, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the fantastic panorama, is a 29-minute walk or 5-minute drive (2.6 km) away. Pros: Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Anbau, umgeben von viel grün und einem liebevoll angelegten Garten mit vielen Blumen und einer schönen Terrasse. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt und was nicht da war (uns war die Kaffeemaschine zu klein), hat die Gastgeberin umgehend besorgt. Sie war in jeder Situation freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Zum kleinen Ortskern und dem Bodensee sind es nur wenige Minuten zu laufen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wünsche durften und sollten jederzeit geäußert werden. Durch mehrere Baustellen in Überlingen waren wir vom Navi falsch geleitet worden, daher waren die Tipps bzgl. teurem Parken und kostenlosem Busfahren mit Kurkarte sehr hilfreich. Busse fahren im 15 -Minuten-Takt. Cons: Das einzige, was wir unterschätzt haben, war der Weg von Wohnung bis Bushaltestelle. 500 Meter sind da wohl eher unterschätzt worden. Außerdem hat der Weg eine stetige Steigung. Küche und auch das recht kleine Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Eine kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Polster ist vorhanden. Cons: Es ist halt Geschmacksache! Die Einrichtung des Wohn- und Esszimmers mit schon sehr gebrauchten Kiefernmöbel und Sitzgarnitur, sowie dem recht kleinen Fernseher hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen. Pros: Küchenausstattung top, alles was man im Urlaub, bei Selbstverpflegung, benötigt, ist vorhanden. Größe der Zimmer super, obwohl das Bad recht klein ist; aber auch hier ist alles vorhanden und man muss sich halt nur bei der Benutzung ein wenig arangieren. Die Terrasse liegt sehr ruhig und somit kann man hier wunderbar entspannen. Ein eigener Parkplatz für die Gäste rundet den auf Aufenthalt in dieser FeWo ab. 10 von 10 Sternen.
