  • This elegant 84 m² apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The two of you can relax and enjoy the luxurious ambience. There is an extra guest toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Large flat-screen TV, WiFi, dining area with extendable table, a super-comfortable couch with high-quality sleeping function, i.e. an integrated bed with mattress.



    Bedroom with double bed. Walk-in shower. 2 toilets. Modern bright furniture and beautiful decoration let you relax and enjoy. A very large sun terrace invites you to linger. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wifi, 20m² terrace. You can't spend a more beautiful, quiet and central vacation in Überlingen. I look forward to your visit.

    Enjoy your Lake Constance vacation in one of my beautiful vacation apartments in an idyllic, quiet, prime location close to the city center. After a 15-minute walk through the town garden you can reach the beautiful Überlingen promenade, the lido or the thermal baths. Just 5 minutes on foot and you are at one of the most beautiful vantage points in the town with a magnificent view of the lake and the Alps.
