The 124 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans, a fireplace and satellite television. The highlight is the sunny roof terrace, where you can start the day with coffee or spend the evenings there with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners. The nearest supermarket and a pharmacy are an 8-minute walk (650 m) away, a bakery can be found after a 10-minute walk (850 m), and you can reach restaurants within 850 m or a 10-minute walk away from the apartment.
