The room was spotless. It had a bit of a musty smell but the resort is amazing. The pools were okay. The best pool is by the restaurant at the front. Front desk service was excellent. I would come back and stay here again.

The staff were so friendly. The room was spotless and kept up every day The grounds were gorgeous and the pool was quite. I swam several times all by myself. Ubud is a wonderful place to visit.

Great staff! Very clean room. In its day, this place must have been spectacular. It is now showing its age with abandoned rooms and areas, peeling paint etc. Beautifully landscaped. A wonderfully explorable property...We spent a week finding all of the nooks and crannies of the place...Delightful! Well located. Walkable into town (not using the main road). Do not eat raw vegetables in Bali!

Amazing retreat style resort in Ubud. Only a 10min walk to the centre of Ubud. Beautiful pool and surroundings. Second stay here and would stay again.

It is an amazing Hotel with a delicious breakfast and very friendly and kind staff. The hotel has a transport service to Ubud center 3 times per day for free. If you need a hotel in Ubud, stay in the Mansion Resort Hotel and Spa. It was wonderful!!

Great stay

Amazing hotel and outdoors area, very impressive. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant looked very nice, the food was okay. The spa treatment was incredible. It was a bit of miscommunication when it came to being picked up by the shuttle bus from the hotel, had to wait 1,5 hours. I would have expected more from a hotel of this class.

The property is stunningly beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and non-intrusive. Bali is a hot climate and the air conditioning in the room worked well, the hot water for the shower did not work so well, there is no air conditioning in the lobby/restaurant area but there are a few cooling fans. The hotel has six boutique size swimming pools, absolutely marvellous. The food in the restaurant is quite good, the included breakfasts are very good, way better than what has become standard in North America.

Elegant rooms in an expansive compound

Lovely, elegant room, with a bath/shower, which I appreciated. One stepped out to a small childrens' pool which seemed never to be used. There were 6 pools in all, in the midst of verdant tropical vegetation, and exotic paraphernalia. At times it felt like one was staying in an abandoned film set. Think Howard Hughes.

The Mansion has a colonial mansion as a centre piece, with an art collection displayed everywhere. The property must occupy ab 1 hectare of bungalows, pools and beautiful gardens. It has a gym, spa, restaurants. It has all the modern amenities, everything works well, but it maintains an air of old world grandeur that appeals to us. Impeccable service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mansion Resort and Spa! We booked a family villa and it was perfect for the three of us. The staff was very sweet, friendly, and helpful! The property is beautiful and well maintained. We were very busy with tours, and didn’t get a chance to use the six pools the property has to offer. But they look very relaxing and clean. We did eat breakfast and most dinners at the resort. We enjoyed the food, it was delicious! We also took advantage of the spa services they offer and had a massage! I would definitely stay here again.
