I stayed in room 114. Room wise everything was fine. Bathroom and tub was very dirty could use a good cleaning. Speaking of the tub, the shower head has water flying all over the place instead of it all being in one direction. The fridge had mold spots around the seal. Aside from that the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful resort just needs to be cleaned better.

All staff are professional and friendly, in particular Ayu counter staff. The rooms are large with balcony and so clean with large windows, allowing lots of natural light. Bathroom also huge with bathtub. The pool area is nice and big with sun lounges and decking for our morning stretches. There’s a restaurant with good menu and a nice rooftop area for breakfast. Neat flourishing garden on the property with clean pathways. It was very good value for money and will come back again.

A nice quiet property in a great location! Rooms were spacious and had a nice overall design. Bedsheets had some stains on them, the paint on parts of the wall were peeling, the bathtub floor was stained brown (and to shower you had to step up into the tub that was raised 2 feet off the ground and there was no shower curtain). Bathroom would be very dangerous for the elderly or anyone not able-bodied. But you get what you pay for so for the price it’s a nice place to crash!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are dated and need some attention. overall it is in a good location and is quiet,close to everything. The gardens are very nice, but the hotel restaurant is not that good, luckily there are other options close to hand. All being said I would stay there again.

Hotel was ok for the money as I had a huge discount . But had I paid full price I wouldn’t have been so pleased. Room was tired and needed a refresh as did some outside spaces . The pool area and front of house was lovely.

Staff was amazing, but the area was dirty, loaded with lizards, trash everywhere, no respect for the environment with heavy plastic use and plies of plastic n the streets, zillions of scooters made it impossible to walk or breath. I would never go to Ubud.

Loved loved loved this place!!! Staff is so kind and location is amazing. The rooms are large and quiet. AC is cold!!!!! Had to turn it off every now and then! Roots Bisma cafe is delicious. Highly recommend

Happy place

We had a great stay. The first night we had a problem with insects in our room and were immediately upgraded to a pool room. The owner and staff were very helpful. Some repairs and upgrading were being done which were no bother. Excellent breakfasts.

Close to monkey Forest. Lots of choices for dining. Pool was pleasant, simple. Staff helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Lots of trees and warm tropical weather soi there are a lot of ants, mostly outside but as I have found over here always a few but not bothersome. For the location and weather you need to expect some. I would stay again and so would other members of family with me.

Property did not look like the images online. Bedsheet had holes and stains, shower had excessive black staining on the ground and was oddly elevated such that if you are any taller than 5 foot 4 inches you have to crouch down to end up under the faucet. Housekeeping never came during the 5 day stay. Front desk was very difficult to navigate due to limitations of english.

Lots of bugs and noisy. Very RUDE a staff.

They said the “room cleaning service paper” was missing when I checked out. I never even saw it when I checked in so I never used it. They got mad at me even though I explained I hadn't seen it. Then my carrier was searched. Even though I never saw it, they thought I stole it. They said it was my fault that the paper was gone because they cleaned it every day. I asked to check the CCTV but they checked inside my suitcase. So I was very offended. Plus I had to go to the airport and they didn't stop. In the end, it turns out I didn't take it, but they didn't even apologize! Who needs that paper and steals it? It makes no sense. They must have scammed me for charge extra money. The room bathroom was bad, there are many bugs and there is noise. But I didn't complain, but they ruined my day. The paper that was nothing to me. but they gave the worst service

Oikein hyvä hinta/laatusuhde. Hotelli oli lähellä kauppoja ja ravintoloita, sekä kävelymatkan päässä apinametsästä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Allasalue oli kiva, puhdas ja usein rauhallinen. Ravintolassa maukas aamupala, ei buffet vaan listalta tilattava. Ainoa miinus oli kylppäri, joka ei ollut kovin siisti ja suihkusta tuli vettä todella huonolla paineella + piti odottaa kauan että tulee lämmintä. Huoneessa ei ole tallelokeroa.Sängyssä oleva lakana oli liian pieni eli ei pysynyt paikallaan.

施設は古いが清潔に管理されている。 ベランダの鍵が壊れていたのを伝えたら、すぐに部屋を変更してくれました。 棟の入口に掃除で出たゴミが置いてあるのが雰囲気を残念なものにしている。 ビスマ通りの南側で、細い道を徒歩でモンキーフォレスト通りに出れ、近くにコンビニ、レストラン、ランドリーがあり、便利です。 ベランダがあるが、眺望は隣のホテルの敷地で人がよく通る。 WiFiは良好、シャワーの温度と水圧も良い。 朝食は選択で、アジアンパンケーキ以外は美味しくない。 全体的には値段相応で良かった。

Le sourire ne fait pas tout.

Une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, pareil pour la WiFi. Un nombre incalculable de moustiques, une prise anti-moustique était plus que nécessaire. Une odeur d'humidité et de renfermé malgré les 3 ou 4 sens-bon accroché un peu partout dans la chambre. Une salle de bain dégueulasse avec un jet d'eau qui vous sodomise au sens propre du terme. De la poussière au dessus de l'armoire et des rideaux. Un ménage superficiel !!! Le jus du petit déjeuner était tout simplement imbuvable avec plus un goût d'eau qu'un goût de fruit. Un hôtel qui tombe en ruine et personne ne semble s'en soucier. Heureusement que le staff était agréable mais c'est la seule chose positive de cette hôtel. En bref, j'ai connu des "hostel" bien mieux. Je déconseille fortement.

My stay at Putri Ayu Cottages was awesome! The location is incredible for walking to great restaurants and places for yoga. Nice big clean room with water, what else could you ask for! The front desk staff are so great; had a problem with my card and they were very patient and helpful getting things sorted out. Great value and great location!

We had read some negative comments but due to the cemtral location we booked anyway. On arrival staff were helpful and we were pleasantly suprised with grounds and pool area. Our room was large with a pool view but could do with a bit of redecoration. The complimentary breakfast was adequate but we ate all other meals elsewhere. Overall we had a good stay, it was good value for money and is a good location to explore, walking distance to all the must see things. The hotel could do with some redecoration and updating but you get what you pay for and its reflected in the price. Overall we were happy with our stay.

First review was not posted. Our original booking was for 6/1-6/5 and then 6/5-6/7. We contacted Expedia and notified them of our flight change and Expedia said the hotel would agree to refund any unused nights after our check out. We arrived on 6/3 to check in and the front desk had assured me that they are aware of the change and will handle the unused nights upon check out. Check in process: easy, they gave us tea while we waited. The first room was either 607/608. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The hotel is outdated and not as clean. The AC in this room was not that strong. There were spider webs, dead cockroach under our bed, bathroom drain was dirty. Cups in there were stained and the room smelled like mildew. We were in this room from 6/3-6/5 and were only given one towel for the entire stay. There was no face towels or tissues as well. The sheets had yellow stains on them. he second room was upstairs (609). AC was a lot better. Pool view and right next to the lobby. The room had an open shower like the last and a tub. There was hand soap but no body soap. Make sure to bring your own or buy it when you're out. Same as the last room, there were spider webs, dust and the netting on that covers the top of the bed was never cleaned. You can see all the dust and debris that has collected over time when you're laying flat on the bed looking up. Wifi keep getting disconnected. Been in constant communication with Expedia and hotel will not refund unused nights as promised
