- Townhouse with 360sqm of built area and land of 1700sqm. There are 4 suites, all with air conditioning (master suite with balcony) and house with bathroom. Large covered space with barbecue and pizza oven, pool deck and garden. Four parking spaces. The property is 100 meters from Lazarus beach and comfortably sleeps 10 people. Gated community with 24h security. Check in time after 12:00 pm and check out until 10:00 pm. THIS RENTAL REFERS ONLY TO THE PROPERTY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY KIND OF SERVICE, BED, TABLE AND BATH CLOTHES, OR ANY KIND OF POWER.
