"The property is advertised as a 4 star probably based on the amenities however it’s a 3 star at the most based on UK STANDARDS. The food is limited for vegetarians apart from the array of salads and possibly 4 vegetarian main options. Foods are not not always labelled. However the chef is accommodating if given pre-notice. Rooms needs a revamp, common areas are not cleaned, sun bed are not cleaned daily."

"The room itself was amazing! A/C worked well and cooled the room down quickly. Although the A/C automatically turning off every time you open the balcony door was annoying. The wrap around balcony was massive with loungers and patio furniture. You could probably have a small gathering of like 12 friends and still be comfortable on this balcony. Great view of the ocean from room 402. Downsides to staying at this hotel was the sister property that had every single chair at the pool already reserved at 0800 in the morning even tho nobody even shows up to the pool until around 12 noon. So they would not allow me to have a seat by the completely empty pool. There was plenty of loungers by the ocean however so at least there is that. So although having this sister hotel available to Nuovo guests is good in theory in practice it is not always a great experience especially on the weekend when it’s busy."

"The family that owns this property is helpful, accommodating, hospitable and genuine. The room was very clean and anything you could possibly need for your stay is provided. Kitchenette with all dishes and dish soap. The beds were comfortable and tidy. The grounds were well kept and full of flowers and fruit trees. They even provided aloe from a personal plant when I got sunburned! There is a clothes washer in room. And there is private parking which is a HUGE plus. The family couldn't be nicer! We will definitely stay here again."

"A simply excellent Villa. We have stayed at a lot of Villas across various Greek Islands and Europe, and this was our favourite. Communication with Kostas and Maria was outstanding, and the level of hospitality was something we haven’t experienced elsewhere. Maria welcomed us, showed us around, and as part of the welcome they had provided wine, eggs, nuts, raisins, fruit, 3 flavours of homemade Raki etc from their vineyard as well as bread, water, beer and they had even baked a delicious cake. The villa was spotless, immaculately clean and so well equipped, they have simply thought of everything that you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, the Air conditioning is excellent and very quiet, the pool and outside area are amazing, and the pool table and gym downstairs is a fabulous addition. Oh and the view of the sea from the villa is amazing, far better than you can tell from the photos in my opinion.I have nothing bad to say whatsoever. We will definitely be returning."

"The staff are what make this property exceptional! There were a couple of issues with our booking on arrival, so the first night we had to stay in a different room. The next day we spoke to Georgia (manager) and she was brilliant! She listened to our concerns and addressed each one. She then went above and beyond, to make the rest of our stay memorable. We were upgraded to the junior suite with swim up, which was incredible! We also had a couples massage, which is would definitely recommend! On my husband's birthday (reason for the trip) we were surprised by the wonderful maitre d' David with a cake and champagne by the beach! Katerina on reception also helped us with late checkout on our departure day so we could really make the most of our time there!"

"We were welcomed as if we were family. From the wine to all basic essentials. Even a home cooked meal was provided one night. The property has amazing views of the mountains and the sea not to mention it is in the middle of a vineyard. Beautiful pool and seating areas all around the home. The Villa is very private and one has a sense of peace and calmness from the moment you arrive. We loved every moment and look forward to visiting again. "

"The pools were great! The store is wonderful and has all of the necessities and more. The beach is incredible as well! If you choose to go off and explore, there are rental cars and buses very near! The staff is so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed how we were treated by the staff! Things we think need to be improved: Limited kids club hours and it’s not very exciting for children as they often stay in and colour/paint. But the staff is lovely. The turnover in the dining room is slow and some food service is very inefficient. I do think this is partly due to people not knowing how to tidy up after themselves and/or grab more than they need. "
