I had stayed here many years ago it belonged to another hotel chain. But it’s always a good option five minutes away from train main train station. The front desk employees were helpful, professional and nice. breakfast used to be included in the price not anymore.

Gave me a very cold room with no heating & air conditioning in the first night. It was too cold to take off your clothes to sleep, not to mention taking a shower. Even reluctantly to give a room with heating the second day after I requested to cancel my reservation. Absolutely should not treat hotel guest like this!

Staff were brilliant, both front of house and the girls at breakfast. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Great place to stay would recommend to anyone visiting Turin.

This hotel is in the ideal location for anyone looking to visit Turin or any of the surrounding cities considering it is right in the center, walking distance to everything, and also right next to the train station for easy access to all trains. Staff were super nice, breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautiful! The room was a little tight, but fine for the purposes of just sleeping. I would stay here again! I came for a business trip and stayed for a pleasure weekend.

My 3-night stay at the Green Class Hotel Astoria was wonderful. The staff was welcoming, the food (breakfast) was delicious, and the hotel is very conveniently located to Porta Nuova train station (a 2-minute walk for us). Even when I received a text from the airline that my flight to return home was cancelled and I had to scramble to work out how I would get home, the Green Class front desk attendant gave me some very helpful tips. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I should return to Turin.

Great place - absolutely recommend
The place was great! Really close to Torino Porta Nuova and walking distance to the main attractions. The room was clean, the staff was really nice and the breakfast was great!!!

I liked how close the hotel was to the train station and bus stops. the breakfast was the best we had all trip. staff was friendly and always helpful. The room was nice and overlooked the interior courtyard.

Beds were terrible. Smell was horrifying - had to sleep with windows open so we didn’t feel suffocated by smell. Extremely noisy street outside so we could not sleep. Bathroom was also tiny and terrible.

In advertisement claims to have safe deposit box. Only few rooms have and they are so small that you can hardly fit anything in them. We were offered several rooms all of the rooms had large spots on the carpet, not nice if you want a clean room. A room in a scandinavian prison cell would be nicer, very sparse. B-fast room is si small so that you have to pre reserve a 30 minutes window to have your b-fast. We needed to speak to the manager regrading problems, he never showed up!

Beautiful original entrance and foyer, lovely staff and a modern lift fitted into the original lift cage. Room was basic, but had everything needed, bed comfortable, shower room was cramped - awkward to get in and out of the shower! Only mirror was the one above the basin in the bathroom! Very good breakfast.

We choose the property for a budget friendly one-night stay. It seems all renovated - comfortable room. Location great few mins from the station and the city center. Good breakfast choices

Large rooms, good value
Hotel is about a 15min walk from most of the big tourist spots. Very good sized rooms. The first room I was given upon checkin has a tiny bathroom (toilet was right next to shower and functionally impossible to use), but the hotel were very happy to change my room and sorted me out very quickly and easily. All rooms have excellent air conditioning and the beds were very comfy. The lift is slightly antique but perfectly usable. Breakfast was tasty was several options available. Next door to an amazing restaurant (Osteria Nouva Torino - highly recommended the tasting menu!), and close to bus/tram stops. Overall a great value 3 star hotel.

Ideal for train travellers
3 min. walk from main station entrance, quiet, friendly helpful staff. My single was a modest minimum, just short of cramped. Wifi worked well, thank heaven compared to frequent problems in other hotels.

Repeat booking at this hotel and already booked again. Excellent location - close to Porta Nuova station for arrival and departure- Central shopping area and museums etc a pleasant 15 minute walk. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast choice good.

Very small room
We booked this hotel for a four-day stay in Turin. Its location, just across the street from the Torino Porta Nuova train station, is excellent. The check-in process was speedy. Our room on the fifth (top) floor was very small, as it barely fit a double (queen) bed and a small table with a chair. The single elevator to reach it is small (limited to three people) and quite slow, which is a common occurrence in old Italian houses, so apart from check-in and check-out we walked the five stories rather than having to wait for it. The bathroom is spacious, and the room and bathroom are clean. Breakfast was good, and waiting staff is sweet and helpful. Wi-Fi access was good. Overall, the hotel is OK, clean, and has a great location; it is a solid choice for short-term visitors on a limited budget. But the very small room size will likely make us look for a different hotel in the future.

Good location, but the room was noisy due to the tram line outside. It seems like the elevator does not work consistently. This wouldn't have been a big deal if we were on the second or third floor. Our room was on the fifth (top) floor and it was a rough hike up after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The luggage storage area was a plus.
