Very smart hotel at a good location in the center of the city. Taking the lift in hotel convinced me that it was probably OK to ask some locals about the Tunisian revolution in 2011.

Very good location. Right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Médina de Tunis is a 10 minute walk. Nice big room. Breakfast was very good for a 3-star hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. Would recommend.

Shower pressure was great, linens very nice and clean, good elevator. Breakfast was thorough and plentiful but I didn’t find much that I liked, unfortunately. Still, a great hotel for a BANG UP deal! Very affordable!

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was undergoing renovations which meant roundabout routes from reception to room or restaurant. Restaurant served breakfast and lunch but closed evenings. And like much of Tunis, the staff were not too friendly or helpful - some exceptions of course, but largely true all the same. There was, incidentally, no sign of the alleged adjoining mall, not that I cared about that.

Great Central Location

Great location, about 10mins walk to old Medina & 5 mins to the clock tower. Plenty of shops & restaurants right by the hotel. Room was clean & modern. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but you can go downstairs to reception to get hot water for drinks. Very good buffet breakfast. AC just blowed out hot air

The breakfast was great as well as the wi-fi. The staff was generally helpful. However, we were given a room facing the alley which was very dirty and smells like pee. Generally, I can live with that however we turned in about 10:45 on our first day and had an appointment early the next day. Close to midnight there was quite a bit of racket in the alley way with several individuals talking loud and making a lot a noise with cans and bottles. This went on until about 12:45 am where upon I went to the front desk to complain about the noise. Waking up the security guard, he supposedly went outside to talk to them but as it turned out he didnt he just poked his head out the door and went back inside. I know this because I filmed it from my second floor window. However, of the individuals there two remind. They continued talking loud and making noise with a lot of bottles and can, pouring it into other bags and so on. I went back downstairs and was told that they were working, like Im was to understand. So, I asked do they work for the government or a company. The answer was no only for themselves. Long story short, the next day they moved me to a smaller room yet I paid for an executive suite. I fell once, knicked my ankles on the wooden frame of the bed twice. This room was not as clean as the first, could have use a vacuum. I've stayed at this hotel at least once a year (if not twice) since 2013 but I think it is time to look for another place.

A comfortable sleep and the best shower! The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. I appreciated the bottles of drinking water in the room and the assistance with arranging a very nice ride to the airport for 20 dinar.

The room were very small but clean ,the view was to old run down buildings , construction site near by , breakfast cost 17 Canadian dollars per person , booked two day trips with a driver for two days The care was paid for was not provided another small care replaced it Hadi the receptionist, listened to my complaint , took it seriously and addressed it , 25 $ were refunded with free breakfast the next day and an offer for free transportation to the airport Overall was a good stay on a very live and busy street

When checked in (midnight) they allicated me in a toom which was not the one I booked. ( avenue view I booked) i was sontired due to the travel so I slept. Next day I shared the info and they moved me to the right room. Waiters in the restaurant are super friendly, always smiley and helpful. Front desk was quite but nice. Buffet is an A+ Walking distance from La Medina and everything to see
