Minus: viele Diskussionen wegen der Bezahlung, welche der Hotelbesitzer einforderte, obwohl wir einen Nachweis hatten, dass bereits über Ebookers bezahlt wurde. Auch eine telefonische Rückversicherung bei Ebookers liess der Besitzer nicht gelten. Am letzten Tag war es sehr schwierig, die versprochene Quittung vom Hotelbesitzer zu bekommen. Insgesamt ein schönes, authentisches Haus, man merkt jedoch, dass es den Besitzern wichtig ist, noch etwas zusätzlich zu verdienen. Lamentável que este hotel tenha a nota que tem. Ninguem falava inglês.. (e consta que tem uma equipe multilingue - piada). Ninhuem sabe informar nada apesar da tentatuva gentil do pessoal. Agora o que nais chama atenção é a falta de higiene. Cama cheia se cabelos, banheiro com sabone usado, rodo e sem pia (se quiser escovar o dente tem que escovar na pia da cozinha que estava suja e cheia de folhas dentro). Nem consegui dormir tamanho o nojo que tive (usei uma camiseta para colocar o travesseiro dentro). Também não tinha toalhas. Elle est idéalement située au coeur de la Medina, à deux pas de la grande mosquée Zitouna mais dans une ruelle très calme. Elle dispose aussi d'une belle terrasse avec vue sur toute la Medina où est servi le petit déjeuner tunisien. C'est exactement le type d'hébergement que j'espérais trouver pour mon séjour avec mes enfants. L'extrême gentillesse de nos hôtes en plus ! Un grand grand merci pour tous les moments passés chez vous, pour vos conseils, pour votre disponibilité et toutes vos petites attentions. Et bravo l'artiste pour tous les magnifiques tableaux qui décorent la maison ! J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent séjourner au coeur du vieux Tunis.
