"Outstanding location, outstanding views (was on the 17th floor). Lots of construction going on around site but thats typical Gold Coast to be fair and made for interesting looking on from room. Apartment we were in was getting a little tired but didn't detract from the whole experience.. Would stay there again definately"

"stayed at the hotel a few tumes..nice apartment with everything you needed..great comfy beds..had a issue with the microwave but was replaced with a another one ..friendly staff"

"I had a terrific stay! Check in was easy and my room was available early. My room was renovated and spacious. The pool area was great and well maintained. I was able to get a slightly later check out and the hotel were happy to store my bags till I needed to head to the airport. Location is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again! *Please note that housekeeping is only available if you stay 8 days or more and you are advised to get rid of your own rubbish and put dishes in the dishwasher before you leave to avoid extra cleaning charges. This part felt more like an airbnb than a hotel to me."

"We stayed at this property for 7 nights in July 2026 in a one bedroom apartment, it is okay for 2 people ,very small kitchen area with no bench space ,everything in it ,but very compact. The heated pool ,spa and sauna Gym were amazing. Location is great ,buses at your front door ,the public transport system is so handy ,at a cost of 50 cents a trip, no need to have a car. Down the lifts and you have many resturants with daily entertainment. The unit could do with a good scrub of the shower ,we detected huge buildup of soap scum and some mold around the shower. We were standing at the windows admiring the views ,only there was cold winds blowing in ,due to damaged window seals. Staff were very helpfull with any requests. We would stay again for the location and the facilities of the towers. Wanda &Joe."
