I left a shirt there and they made an effort to phone to let me know so I could organise collection. Close to Kirra and North Kirra surf clubs and other nice restaurants. We were on the ground floor G2. Which I later found out are the dog friendly rooms. I'm alergic but there was no animal hair. I was looking forward to views of the sea. In saying that it was convenient being on the ground in terms of swimming pool, cafe, mini put, bbq area. Aircon vents were leaking from above so had to wipe those down every now and then. On arrival the dinning table chairs and floor under the table still had crumbs and food from whom ever was in the last. Also the dishes were not all clean in the cubboards. This was def a turn off. I ran all the dirty dishes through a wash cycle. No fan or venting system in the laundry cubboard so if you're using the dryer all the condensation on interior walls/machines.
