  • The apartment is upstairs, has a fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom includes a King bed and TV and private bathroom has a shower, a private terrace and a dining area. You have access to common areas: garden, swimming pool and a roof terrace with a 2nd swimming pool, relaxation area and BBQ.

    Casa Mtl Tulum is ideal for people who love adventure and want to immerse themselves in local Mexican life. Our condos are 5 minutes from restaurants, 15 minutes from Tulum Center and 20 minutes from the beach. We have 2 apartments with one bedroom and 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms. Each apartment has a private terrace and access to the garden, swimming pool, a roof terrace with pool relaxation area and BBQ.

    Stays of 28 nights or more.
    The price includes gas, internet, and bedding.
    Electricity, cleaning, and linen cleaning are NOT included.
    Electricity charges are payable directly before your departure. You have access to the meters at any time. We will take a photo of the meter upon your arrival and departure to verify consumption.
