For check-ins from 9 pm onwards: We will send you detailed self check-in instructions. • Check-out is by 11 AM. • Late Check-out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: $40 extra. • Late Check-out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts. • Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. • No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. • No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won`t be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. • No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. • Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. • Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. • Please avoid moving furniture. • Pets are welcome in our home for an additional fee of $10 per night. • If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply. • Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, or bottles are allowed in the pool. • We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. The condo is very nice with great amenities, with the possible exception of the view. Our complaint is that our “hosts” caused us to be locked out twice during our two-week stay. Totally unacceptable!The first lockout occurred when we arrived exhausted after traveling two days to get there.The condo host failed to send us the right code to enter the apartment, despite the fact we paid an 500 advance deposit in addition to rent. Luckily, the front desk ladies were very conscientious and pestered the host until we obtained the code about an hour later. Roughly one week after that, we were inexplicably locked out again! Our code didn’t work and it took two hours of attempts by ourselves and the front desk before someone appeared on site and programmed our door with a new code.
