Internet, electricity, air conditioning and fan. Hot water (solar heater) Common areas with two swimming pools, equipped common kitchen, sun deck, barbecue area, terrace, work desk with internet, chill-out area, 2 half bathrooms, laundry service. Apartment in exclusive building with only 3 floors high; six apartments in total (3 per floor) and a Pent House. I am not physically in Chemuyil but our staff will be available to greet you at check-in time and to assist you in any eventuality. We are not a hotel so we do not have a 24/7 reception. We are located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, between cenotes, beaches, ruins, small towns... 2km from Xcacel Beach “The Sea Turtle Sanctuary”. 500mts from Xunaan Ha cenote. 1km from the town of Chemuyil and the public service stop. Less than 10 minutes from Xel Ha, Cenote Dos Ojos, Akumal. 15 min from Tulum. 30min from Playa del Carmen 25 min to the Mayan Train 45 min from Tulum Airport 1km away in the town of Chemuyil you will find a couple of restaurants; seafood, tacos, pizza, etc where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will find a greengrocer, convenience store, pharmacy. We suggest you rent a car at the airport, if it is not within your means you can get there by public transportation. We have open parking. If you are coming from Tulum take public transportation to Chemuyil. Once in Chemuyil take a cab, moto cab or walk 1km to Santuario Aparments. If you come from Cancun Take the ADO from Cancun to Playa del Carmen, there you take the van to Tulum and ask to get off in Chemuyil. We are located in the jungle, it is a beautiful and quiet place. We suggest you rent a car. We are located 1km from the town and public transportation. RULES: \- Check In from 15:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs. \- Check Out 11:00 hrs \- Late check out with additional cost and subject to availability. o After 11:00 hrs 50% of the stay will be charged. o After 18:00 hrs 100% of the stay will be charged. \- Guests are not allowed in the facilities or inside the domes. \- Up to 2 children free per room under 12 years old. \- Parties and amplified music are not allowed. \- Respect and take care of the facilities. \- Please leave the kitchen area clean. Wash dishes, pick up trash and put your food away. \- Please keep your belongings in your room and lock your door. We have a safe for your use. \- When you check out, please make sure you have all your belongings with you. \- Our staff will be happy to help you from 8:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs. From 21:00 hrs to 7:00 hrs we are available only for emergencies.
