Fantastic home and location

We had a wonderful stay at the Edena home. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The backyard and pool was great to hang out in on our lazy days. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

Great location!

Loved the simplicity of checking in, out. Security was very kind. A small maintenance issue but was repaired and responded immediately . Will stay here again

Disappointing

There are several observations to share: 1. We thought this would be a community behind the gates, but it was sparsely populated and much was under construction. 2. A notebook of suggestions to maneuver about the town, for example taxis were difficult to deal with and continually were changing their pricing. If the owner could recommend a service or a driver, that would have saved a lot of hassle. 3. We noted a smoke alarm had been taken down and the battery removed. We mentioned it to the manager and he said he had to drive to town to get a new battery. As of the date we left, it was never replaced. 4. The hot water was not reliable. We kept having to re-start the tank. 5. Seating was uncomfortable for the 4 of us. Sofa was too deep and chairs at counter uncomfortable. Beds were also very hard. 6. Not enough seating or counterspace to accomodate all 4 of us when we made meals in the kitchen. Only 3 chairs in the kitchen. 7. Very treacherous stairway especially for senior citizens (3 in their 70's and one in her 50's). Handrails would have been much appreciated. 8. Sounds echoed throughout the house....probably because of the stone construction...but some sound absorbing material on the ceiling or walls might have helped. 9. Hooks in upstairs bathroom missing from wall 10. Shower floors VERY SLIPPERY. Could use handrails or bathmat to stop falls. 11. Spotty Wifi
