Interaction with Guests: This is a self-check-in property using a code for the lockbox to access the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival. As with any vacation rental, I always do additional cleaning once I get there, there were small things that I noticed so I wiped everything down. The unit was great, but it is on the end facing the road, which is very busy and loud during the day but very much at night, & there is blaring music and talking/screaming people until the wee hours of the morning. The karaoke across the street uses projection and without the fans on full blast and earplugs, the entire unit is bumping. For party people that would be awesome, but not for us. The pools, rooftop pools, were all clean and very quiet. The other issue is there is a maintenance person who has his dog with him and he barks for hours while his owner is doing his job, it went for over 2 hours one day, but it happens every day. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, this wouldn't be the location for you but if you don't mind the dog barking (lots of other dogs nearby or on site also) and the super loud street and music, then you would love it.
