It is located in Aldea Zama condominium with access to a large shared pool. Away from the busy beach road but only a short distance for access to the beach clubs and public beaches. Exclusive Beach Club Access for our guests. This lovely apartment is uniquely designed to ensure a comfortable stay. This is an exceptional condo family\`s favorite since it has a crib so if you are traveling with kids you can be at ease. The style is perfect to make this condo a romantic getaway as well. Aldea Zama, the neighborhood in which this building is, is the closest residential area to the world-ranked beaches in Tulum. It gives you the added benefit of being able to stay within bicycle riding distance from the beach, but with all the modern conveniences! A car would be ideal of course, but that is true of every condo in Mexico. The benefit of the area is its proximity, and lower price compared to beachfront options. These condos are NOT on the beach but are CYCLING distance (About 2 miles door to sand). There are off-road cycling lanes that allow you to cycle safely cycle to the beach, Tulum ruins, and town. You can also rent a car ( for longer trips to see the sights ) or just take a taxi wherever you may need it.
