About this property

Cozy 1-bedroom condo in serene Tulum with AC, pool, gym access and bikes

  • Welcome to our studio in safe, green and gated condo close to the town center of Tulum! It is a vacation home that we use ourselves, so we have furnished it with love and attention to detail and made sure that it has everything you need to feel at home, e.g. a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, television etc. From the balcony, you have a nice view of green trees. The condo is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The parking is free and safe, the condo is gated and has security guards. We have two bikes that you can use for free. The condo has spacious shared facilities: a big pool where you can swim, a gym, a co-working space with AC and wifi and tables and sofas close to the pool where you can relax in the shadow. If you need to wash clothes, there are washing machines and dryers that you can use for a small fee. If you come with a group, we can arrange more apartments on the same property for a similar price, just let us know.
