Dreamy and quiet Tulum brand new 2nd floor studio with elevator, private balcony, WIFI, black out curtains, rooftop pool and kitchenette with a modern and stylish presentation, two blocks from Aldea Zama's pedestrian street with restaurants and bars and away from all the noise... just what you need to slip into the coastal mindset of Tulum and a fantastic place to escape in the heart of all the action.
PLEASE NOTE: in the last few years Tulum has been experiencing a shortage of water and electricity due to rapid growth and higher demand for these utilities. Which means sometimes the city shuts water or cuts electricity without prior notice. This affects all residents of the city and has become a norm in Tulum. We expect this to be resolved in 2023 but as of today it is a weekly reality. Thank you for your understanding.
