Pool hours: Daily, 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. Pools are not heated.

Gym hours: Daily, 7:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Jacuzzi: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Jets are free to use. Heating is available up to 35°C and requires a 3–4 hour advance request. Please remove the cover before use.

Good to Know

The condominium is still under development. Some common areas, including the spa and sauna, are still under construction. Construction inside or near the condominium may cause daytime noise.

No parties, drugs, smoking, or pets. Smoking carries a USD 250 fee. Quiet hours begin at 11 PM. All guests must be registered; unannounced visitors incur USD 75 per person. Stained or damaged linens may incur additional charges. Rule violations may result in a penalty of up to MXN 1,250.

For stays over 14 nights, mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies every 14 days. A refundable security deposit of up to €250 may be required. Changes within 48 hours of checkout may incur an additional cleaning fee. For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is charged separately based on actual consumption.

NOTE :
🔹We kindly ask that all guests follow the house rules. If they’re not observed, a penalty fee of MXN $1,250 may apply.
🔹Mid-stay clean: For stays longer than 14 days, we provide a mandatory mid‑stay clean every 14 days to maintain the listing’s cleanliness and comfort. The mid‑stay cleaning fee will be collected through the Resolution Center during the stay and will match the listing’s standard cleaning fee.

🔸Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of up to €250 may be required before check-in. For reservations made through certain booking platforms, this may be pre-authorized or processed automatically through the original payment method. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, subject to the property being left in good condition and no additional cleaning or damages being reported.

🔸Alteration Requests Within 48 Hours of Checkout

Please note that any reservation alteration, including but not limited to extending your may incur an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the original cleaning fee charged for the reservation. This is because professional cleaning services are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for your checkout date. Once scheduled, cleaning vendors may charge cancellation or modification fees if the reservation is altered at short notice. By requesting an alteration within 48 hours of checkout, guests acknowledge and agree to this additional cleaning charge.

Long-Term Stay Note: For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is not included in the booking rate. Guests are responsible for their electricity usage during the stay, which will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
