Spent 300 dollars for two nights, when I arrived there was only half a roll of toilet paper and two tissues left for us (should be a new pack and new roll or at least more toilet paper left for arriving guests). The night staff (male) was rude towards me and seemed to only want to talk to my boyfriend. Both me and my boyfriend woke up with terrible allergies both mornings due to inproper maintenece or negligence to the A/C unit i'm assuming, pretty sure there was mold in that room somewhere because we were both wheezy and having a hard time breathing with itchy eyes and constant sneezing. Also a/c unit was being held up with a piece of tile. Pillows on bed were throw pillows with covers on them and very uncomfortable. Won't stay here again and disappointed I wasted my money on what I assumed was a nicer hotel. Will take my money elsewhere next time.

The hotel was updated, nice, clean, staff friendly. They make effort, just miss the mark on breakfast. Eggs (weird crumbles; very uniform like squares) sausage (sponge like) & waffles were the only hot food(identical all 3 mornings) coffee is instant out of a machine. We “ate” the first morning then skipped. Some cereal & muffins, bread for toast, oranges, apples, and some yogurt in an open cooler. OJ warm on the counter and milk in a pitcher too. Again, sort of effort and what’s expected, just not as able to find something to eat like most basic breakfast hotels. Everything prepackaged. Clean, just nothing good or healthy.

Disappointing front desk experience. The female staff member on duty had a very poor attitude—unhelpful, dismissive, and lacking basic courtesy. Customer service sets the tone for a stay, and unfortunately this interaction left a negative first impression. Most of the staff was great. We were checked in and told there was a 25 dollar charge added on for incidentals. Such as any thing from the little shop they have and first night no problem. Next day told that is not something we do. Fine but you should get your staff in on it exactly what your policies are. And the same thing every morning for breakfast was interesting. But housekeepers were great.
