When we first arrived at the property we encountered pigeon excrement at the main entrance followed by a horrible smell in the entrance way. The room was not clean and there was black mould on the window ledge. We had booked this property for two nights and forfeited one night stay and left the proper right away without ever staying. Personally I don’t think we should have been charged at all due to the condition of the property,

The room did not appear to have been cleaned very well. Hair in the sink and the mirror was spotted. The chair had a large stain that covered most of the cushion. There was an overbearing smell of air freshener. We were also charged $100 for an incidentals deposit. Hard to believe there could have been any incidental expenses. The snack store was almost empty. We have yet to get our deposit refunded. I ran into another gentleman who got sent to a room that had not been cleaned at all.

This was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. It smelled bad, was not clean with exception of bed sheets. There was barely a drizzle of water to shower. There was no remote in the room and took 2 hours for them to bring us one that did not work and we were charged an extra $100 on checking due to booking with Expedia. The breakfast was awful as well. It was a horrible experience and we didn’t stay our second night
