"I thought the hotel building was an excellent example of Victorian hospitality, however, there were parts with were beginning to look a little worn, some carpets were wearing quite badly, but overall we loved the size of the room and the lovely bed."

"The staff are the greatest asset. All friendly, helpful and smiling. The food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. The room was huge - only negative was that it was a big too warm inside because the weather was sunny. No air con ( I don’t think). The grounds are gorgeous and views breathtaking. Extremely handy for Explorers Garden and Pitlochry theatre. Will definitely be back. Great facilities : gym, pool, hit tubs - lovely bar area too. "

"Everything about this hotel is excellent. We had a beautiful room that had double doors onto a patio area. Room was brilliant, exceptionally clean, with Scottish fine soaps. Breakfast was unbelievably good. Staff are excellent too. Can’t wait to go back. "
