  • Located in the center of Tuglie, a small well-organized and welcoming town, 9km from the beaches of Gallipoli and 7km from lido conchiglie, ideal for those who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the chaos of the beautiful city without giving up the sea in 10 minutes by car; the house consists of two levels the ground floor with open plan living room with sofa, fireplace, table, chairs, kitchen with 4 burners, fridge, freezer. The first floor with sleeping area and 3 bedrooms including 1 double, 1 with two single beds that can be joined if necessary and 1 with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc; 1 bathroom with tub / shower, sink, bidet, wc. Large outdoor terrace with table, chairs, possibility to barbecue, to spend unforgettable evenings of Salento, has ample parking inside the property, plasma TV. The apartment is airy, you do not suffer from the heat during the day and at night you sleep nicely with a sheet.

    The area where the apartment is located is well served at about 100 meters there is a minimarket, in front of it is a well-kept municipal park where in summer we organize some cultural events and the tradition of Salento by the town of Tuglie ; always within 200 meters from the apartment there is a convenient laundromat there are a bar with artisanal production of excellent ice cream and a pizzeria.
