Villa Madì is a brand new vacation villa with swimming pool for rent for vacations in Tuglie, in the Gallipoli area and just 10 minutes from its wonderful beaches.
The villa offers up to 8 beds and is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, electric kettle, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets.
In the large garden, in addition to the swimming pool and sunbeds for solarium, there is an outdoor shower, barbecue for grilling, and car garage for parking.

Villa Madì is a cozy property nestled in a large furnished garden, adorned with fig trees, flower beds and plants, and with everything you need to spend pleasant days outdoors.
There is also an ancient"furnieddhu," a typical building of rural Salento, to make the atmosphere authentic.
The pool is
brand new, surrounded by sunbeds for comfortable sunbathing and
umbrellas. On the side of the villa is a large area equipped with an
outdoor shower, barbecue and gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor
dining.
A furnished veranda overlooking the pool introduces
the living area of Villa Madì, consisting of two rooms with vaulted
ceilings and exposed stones, in which there is a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with sofas, fireplace and TV.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. Finally, there are 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. An additional 2 beds are obtained from the double sofa bed in the living room.

Villa
Madì is located in Tuglie, in a residential and suburban area that
allows you to walk to the center, and at the same time is perfect for
moving by car to the nearby beaches of Gallipoli, about 10 minutes away.
In
the center of the pretty village there are all the main services, as
well as a beautiful square, the museum of rural civilization and the
radio museum, which are well worth a visit.
Tuglie is located in
the early Gallipoli hinterland, allowing you to reach in a few minutes
by car the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian Sea, such as the beaches
of Gallipoli, the Natural Park of Portoselvaggio, and the marinas of
Nardò.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 35 per person.
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The Villa is made up of two units. One for the exclusive use of the owner. The second, with exclusive use of the swimming pool, is for the exclusive use of tourists.
