On foot it is about 15 minutes to the city center or 10 minutes to the clinics and universities. The apartment is located in the basement and has been completely redesigned. The black Sichtestrich is certainly a highlight of this apartment. In addition, the new bed (200 \* 180) has a feel-good factor. There is a new kitchen in the large room with oven, hobs, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a large TV with many channels and free 250 Mbit / s fast Internet (LAN and WLAN). In addition, toaster, coffee maker and kettle are available. Washing machine and dryer can be used upon request. The apartment is located in the quiet and very well connected by public transport city area Wanne near the Tübingen Kunsthalle.
