In the middle of the old town of Tübingen, and yet in a very quiet location, with a wonderfully sunny, open window facing south-east and a view of the Johanneskirche - you cannot live more individually in Tübingen! On the first floor of one of the oldest houses in Tübingen from the 14th century. there is a completely renovated 65 sqm apartment available, which offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Tübingen. You live directly in the traffic-calmed area of the old town of Tübingen, the market square with its historic town hall, the collegiate church at the Holzmarkt, the old botanical garden, the Neckar with a punting pier, everything is within walking distance in minutes. In front of the house there is a small patio where you can sit on a sunny day in the shade of a fig tree (!) can enjoy the view of the Johanneskirche and the hustle and bustle on the church square. The spacious three-room apartment, a complete floor with its own entrance, has been renovated in accordance with the preservation order, with massive, partly still historical wooden floorboards and beautifully restored lime plasters. The apartment is furnished with original, also modern works of art and attention to detail. It has two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. In the living area you can relax on comfortable leather furniture. In addition to cable TV, DVD players and films as well as a small library are at your disposal. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Toaster, microwave oven, kettle and senseo coffee machine are also available. In two wardrobes, shelves and sideboards you will find enough space for a wardrobe and luggage. In addition to free WiFi, you can also connect your laptop to cable sockets in every room. In the bathroom, with corner bath and shower, a hair dryer and fresh towels are a matter of course. The apartment also has a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. If you are arriving by car, there is free parking in the nearby parking garage, just a three-minute walk away. This apartment is also very suitable for longer stays and holidays, because picturesque cafes, good restaurants, butchers and bakers, weekly market, grocery stores, everything up to a laundromat are within walking distance. Due to the steep staircase and the location on the first floor, this apartment is unfortunately not accessible by wheelchair and is also not suitable for the disabled. It provides the best of both worlds: the fascinating experience of staying in a medieval structure (14th-century house!) with all the conveniences of the 21st century. Wir mieten oft Ferienwohnungen auf unseren Reisen, und wir koennen ohne Probleme sagen, dass diese Ferienwohnung einer unserer Besten war. Sie was einzigartig, sehr gut ausgestattet, bequem, extrem zentral gelegen (zig Restaurants, Bars, Baeckereien, Metzgereien, Lebensmittellaeden, und diverse Shops koennen innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht werden), und ruhig. Check-in war problemlos, und Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin ist effizient und ohne Probleme. Mit der Parkkarte kann man ohne Probleme in dem naheliegenden Parkhaus parken (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt), was tip-top ist, da es wenige Parkmoeglichkeiten in der Innenstadt gibt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, und koennen diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen! ##### Markus and Leanne T. Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit Blick auf die katholische Kathedrale. Die Besitzerin der Wohnung, Margarita, ist immer erreichbar. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche Person. Es gibt zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, die alles haben, was man braucht: die Schränke sind groß, die Betten sind bequem, es gibt genügend Steckdosen und sogar einen Safe. Wir waren eine Woche lang sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, dem Besitzer und Tübingen. ##### Maria Amparo R. Gerade für meine Großeltern, die nicht mehr allzu gut zu Fuß sind war die Zentrale Lage ideal. Die Übergabe war absolut problemlos, flexibel und sympathisch. Sehr gerne wieder :) ##### Naisa V. Mit der Parkkarte gibt es auch keine Parkplatzprobleme. Die Kirche nebenan stört nicht, die Glocken sind kaum zu hören. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und erlaubt eigentlich nur den Aufenthalt im Bett mit Ausstiegsmöglichkeit nur auf einer Seite. ##### Susanne N. Das Haus ist ca. 700 Jahre alt was man an der Raumaufteilung merkt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Lage ist top, direkt in der Altstadt aber sehr ruhig. Das Auto hatten wir kostenlos in 2 Gehminuten entfernten Parkhaus stehen. Wir haben es nicht gebraucht, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
