Very convenient location, walkable from the station (there is also a bus stop near the flat to go back to station) and close to old town. Different upermarket choices within 5 to 15 min walking. The flat has a modern look, is clean and is equipped with everything necessary. Very comfortable staying. The flat faces a rather busy road: with closed windows it is well isolated from outside noise, in hot weather, with the window open, it can feel a little noisy. The landlord is very responsive to any query one may have; the set of instructions sent are very detailed and clear. Die meisten Fenster gehen zwar auf eine Straße, dennoch haben wir den Verkehr kaum als störend wahrgenommen. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe für ein Paar plus ggf. noch ein- zwei Kinder. Wir können zwar keine Bewertung für die Unetrkunft in Tübingen abgeben, aber wollen unsere volle Zufriedenheit mit dem Kontakt zum Vermieter und seiner Zuvorkommenheit ausdrücken. Die zwei Ferienwohnungen in Ravensburg haben voll und ganz unseren Wünschen entsprochen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zwei Parkplätze standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
