Place needs to be cleaner.
First of all, when we arrived to that place and they sent me to another site across the street. When we went into the room, the bedsheets were dirty as well as the towels. There was a dead roach on the side of the bed.

I reserved at La Siesta but was housed instead at Hacienda Motel. Not sure if La Siesta is even in business. Hacienda was dirty, smelled like mold, I had to ask for toilet paper. Lightbulbs missing and I had to turn on bare bulb with hand. Many other problems, overloaded switches, malfunctioning refrigerator, no way to make coffee, was not even supplied with drinking cup.

for your own good, take my word and dont come here
The outside of the facility had old furniture everywhere. I had to go to the “front desk” which was literally a woman standing behind a metal protective door. Then she had to call the person that works there which for some reason works at another hotel, so i had to wait for like 10 mins until she arrived. She took my payment and gave me a room key and just pointed in the general direction of the room. The second i opened the door i was horrified with what i saw! The floor was nasty with left over food and mud and so on. The bath tub had hair from people that previously used it. There was mold on the bathtub as well. The bed was disgusting. It was filthy. The pillow has literally turned yellow and brown. I instantly went back to the “front desk” and got a refund and went somewhere else. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!

Never got to stay there, I had a reservation and called them up earlier that day to let them know I would be earlier than I thought was told I could check in as early as 2pm I show up at 2:30 and they are dealing with plumbing problems and thus have no rooms available despite me having a reservation. I understand accidents happen but they could have called me they had my number and they could have said something when I talked to them earlier so my opinion of them is not too good at this moment.

This place did not have a room available when we tried to check, it also looked like a drug place, we were really glad we didnt stay there, but had trouble finding a place to stay.

We went there no one was in.office. the phone number they left on office door to call just rang and rang. Not anyone there to answer. Not ever anyone in office. Not Ever anyone working period. Please do not charge me on my card. I didn't even step foot in a room .

Old school motor lodge. Has potential.
Motel has loads of potential but VERY poorly managed. Evening check in and no staff onsite. Had to call a number for someone to come from another property. Was probably built in late 50's or early 60's multiple room, bedroom, bath and kitchen. covered garage for each room. No towels in room again had to call for someone to come from another property.

We did not Check in. The Manager Lady said, I have to cancel. There is no room for us. Then she said, The room is dirty. We have to go away, You can cancel for free. There is also no water in the room. Everything very unfriendly,

Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is probably the WORST place we have ever stayed. Old, worn, unkempt and just plain shabby. Towels were stained and grey. Bath tub was stained and there was empty liquor bottles inside the bathroom vanity. Bed linens like the towels were stained and worn. Bedspreads had multiple cigarette burns. Microwave old and dirty. Window unit was dirty and broken missing pieces on face. Curtains were so worn there are holes. The remote is dirty and doesn't work good

Abandoned Hotel
We arrived at the hotel and it seemed abandoned. We tried to check in, no one answered the door. There was a sign to call a certain number. We called at least 10 times over a 30 minutes period and no one answered the phone. We ended up having to find another hotel and did not get to check in until after my son's concert. The picture of the hotel is fraudulent.

Worst hotel in decades
I cannot express how disappointed I was in this property. Hopefully, the fact that I took the time to write this review to help people be able to avoid this place like the plague is evidence enough to show that NOBODY should stay here, ever again. This place needs a full remodel and a new staff to bring it back up to the lowest standards possible. If I could give this hotel negative stars I surely would.

Arrived, completely empty. No guest, no one at office. Simply a phone number scribbled on a dirty crumpled piece of paper wedged in the screen door that said "call this number". Long story short, person arrived in a car, said he'd show me the room. At this point i had to entertain my curiosity. He only had 2 rooms available. The other dozen empty rooms must not have been livable? This room had one bed (I reserved 2 doubles) and I should've captured a picture because a description couldn't paint a clear picture of what unbelievably was slightly above condemned. In the owners defense, he explained that they recently aquired this property and inherited it in this condition. The new owners own the Roadway Inn across the street. He offered me a room there. I was hesitant but overcame my skepticism and ended up with a decent 2 bed room that was clean and accommodating. The price was nothing special but at this late hour I was simply satisfied to sleep in a clean place.

I put the angry face because no one was there to check me in I didn't have my cell phone on me to call and it was raining and cold and I never got into that hotel. I did have to find alternate lodging for the night. I don't understand placing a reservation and no one there to accept that reservation.

What stay???
What stay??? I arrive at motel just before 7pm rang bell on office door countless times to no avail. Finally reached manager by phone only for him to come driving into parking lot with window rolled down saying no rooms here, mine had been booked n confirmed the previous day, then saying "follow me down the road, I got another hotel and its vacant". "I'll match the price", he says. So being as its new years eve, I'd been driving for almost 10 hours, I figured what the hey. Sure finding another room that late in the evening was gonna be hard n I was tired. So I followed the guy a block maybe to his other motel across the street! This motel didn't have a terrace, coffee/tea maker or hairdryer which were the amenities they offered and were my decision makers when booking this trip. It also had only half roll of tolite paper, no extra and only 2 towels barely large enough to cover a five yr old child, no hand towels, wash towels or bath mat rug. Ceramic tiling has a reputation of becoming slippery when wet. I had to find a store near by to buy disinfectant wipes to clean all the sticky stuff off the counter tops before putting anything on them. Completely miserable!! O one last thing, ok 2 things, pillow cases n sheets were soiled already n every time u go to get on the bed, it would roll away from you. Love ceramic tile!! Thanks oasis motel for an aweful new years eve, 2015.

I didn't even go in.
I'm surprised Expedia would even list this hotel on its site. There were empty beer bottles stacked outside the rooms and it looked like a dangerous neighborhood. I think Expedia owes me my non-refundable deposit for this place.

Could qualify as the worst motel in Tucson
We arrived at the motel to check in and found no one on site to check us in. After calling three different numbers a woman answered and said her son would be there soon. A young man soon arrived and opened the door to a small, very small office and gave us a key. The room had very stained carpet, no desk or chairs, stained towels and sheets, no soap, no trash cans and the bedspread smelled like some one had urinated on it. The courtyard was run down, falling apart, needed a lot of maintenance and the pool was beginning to look like a landfill, certainly not as described in the pictures.

the worst service I´ve ever got
There was nobody in reception, I had to call some number and someone came in a car just for the check in then he left, I got no towels nor the wi-fi password. I kept calling to get the wi-fi and after few hours somebody finally answer. It was terrible.
