First class furnishings, including very wide and comfortable bed, and good ensuite. The breakfast room was closed because of Covid 19, but the room service breakfast was very comprehensive and very generous, and delicious!

I stay in a lot of hotels with my work trips and this is one of the best if not the best place to stay. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with a warm, helpful and happy check in. All the staff are extremely polite and go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing and pleasent as possible. It was clean and comfortable. Spacious room with very comfy bed. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It was literally one or two minutes walk to the Hall of Cornwall, so perfect if you are seeing a show there. Secure car park. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!

Great little find. Nothing really local in terms of walking distance, but well equipped rooms with double glazing, heating and air con, comfy beds and friendly service. Fantastic food that locals travel specifically for - would stay again if in the area.

Hotel was perfect mix of hospitality and infirmity. Friendly staff, excellent food, clean rooms, thoughtful little touches like the stock of Wellington boots and nightly hot water bottles and stunning views of the sea.

The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much.ch trouble. The food was excellent, a highlight being breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view out to sea. The bedroom was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom as well.
