"Doesn't look like the pictures, rooms are worn and dirty. Room was extremely hot and couldn't adjust the temp. Slept with the sliding door open in the winter. "

"Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. "

"The property was nice, but they did not offer complimentary water for their guest. We had to pay $2 for mini water bottles from the hotel. We walked over to Harrah’s hotel/casino and was able to get free water from the casino. Other than the pool area was the best feature on the property. "
