"The good-The lifts literally ran outside the window. Perfect ski in/out location. Adequate on-site parking and walk to village area. Appreciated all the extra coat hooks in the hallway. Not good-communication with property manager. Not informed there was a known issue with tv prior to check in. No tv or internet until later in day 2. "Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. Location is great for ski in/out at Tahoe Donner.The studio is small - expect an hotel room size.Communication with host was poor. We asked several times for Tahoe Donner guest cards (to access private amenities and get discount on lift tickets) and the host said they'd look into it but did not give us an update and ignored our follow up messages."

"I do not recommend this property unless you don’t care about the conditions of the place. Very old, not well maintained place, the towels had really bad smell, bed not comfortable. The only good thing about this place is that is very close to the Northstar Village (walking distance), but other than that, I do not recommended, specially because of the price. You can find better places for the same price and way better conditions."
