"Breakfast very good, Room cleaning spotless, everything else was missing, nobody there to let you into the property at 3pm ?? after some fruitless conversations on a intercom and knocking on the doors, a maintenance man let us in who gave is an envelope with our name on it. It contained a key card for entry into our room and the hotel at night time. No facilities for a coffee or any other refreshment apart from a pricey drinks fridge in the room, grateful for two bottles of free water....
