"Great spot, was a little nervous coming off the highway thinking the area was going to be rundown but the house is in a nice quiet cul de sac and was really peaceful. Checkin was easy and the house is very nice with plenty of updates. Especially the shower. The only odd thing was the fan remotes, it seemed like you had to use the one from the bedroom to turn all of the fans/lights on couldn't really figure it out and I'd suggest bringing your own pillow if you're picky because the pillows offered are flat and have no support."

It was relaxing, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family.We were in town for my grandchildren’s soccer tournament, and this home provided the ideal place to gather, recharge, and unwind between games. The teenage boys especially loved the outdoor basketball court and the bonus game rooms — A !The host was gracious, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly home away from home. A true 5-star experience!"

"The property was fine for a one night stay. Really needs updating and paint. No real complaints but no bells or whistles."

"Property is in serious need of updating. The front door handle had electric tape holding it in place. Towel bar fell off one bathroom wall. Someone definitely put lipstick on a pig with this one. Empty condom wrapper on front porch by front door. Several outlets did not work. A clean towel was left on each bed. No hand towels or wash cloths provided. Limited toilet paper (we purchased some at Walgreens). Uneven transition between main level rooms. Almost fell several times. Some windows did not have screens. Yard is in need of maintenance. Will not book this property again. Unless you're looking for a "frat" house feel. "

"The house was exactly as described and pictured. Host addressed our concern right away even when it was after 9pm. Difficult to see the address at night but easy to pull into driveway even with a 15 passanger extended height van. Recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Charlotte. "

"I will always love intown I’ve never had a problem with anyone. The staff is so nice helpful and everyone minds there buisness no Karen’s lol. Everyday they work to remodel the property and I love seeing the enthusiasm I hear the workers talking about their work. It’s just good vibes. "

"Don’t stay here if you are up several times a night to use the restroom! The stairs to the sleeping area were very steep but the house was very cute, clean and comfortable. I could see the person who built it took quality seriously, and the owners provided everything someone would need! The only issues I had were making sure the front door was locked and I did not see the WiFi listed, so I just used my cell Svc. "
