My stay was absolutely phenomenal and the staff were truly professional and kind. The property and room were beautiful and valet was absolutely amazing. I had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay. The location was also perfect, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark!

We booked a king-high floor room and were assigned the 8th floor. Upon entering the room we were shocked at the smell of sweat covered by heavy fragrance of cleaner. We were assigned another room on the same floor as they said it was the only floor available. This room had the same issue. We spent the night sneezing and had to take allergy medicine to be able to breathe. The rug was dusty, AC extremely loud, mattress is uncomfortable and offers no support, the smell of cleaner over the strong unpleasant smell in the room was even worse. The light switches, remote and surfaces were sticky and soiled. We decided to check out and move to another property nearby for the rest of our stay in Charlotte. Upon check out we were given a $35 discount we didn’t request and even though I appreciated the kind front desk associate’s offer, we would have preferred to have a clean and comfortable room.
