Missed flight at Charlotte so we needed overnight lodging. It was easy and the front desk gal was great at check in. Had a drink at bar area and checked out early with the shuttle taking us back to airport. Easy. Expensive but nice hotel.

The property was very clean and had all the amenities. Location was also well placed, less than 5 miles from downtown. Something which I didn't like was that the front staff was not very helpful except for one.
