About this property

Flat design in Treviso. Easy connection to Venice

  • Newly refurbished (22108) flat available for rent, strategically located at walking distance from Treviso city center. The train station can be reached in 5 minutes by foot and has frequencies and easy connections to Venice, Padua and Verona. Trains to Venice (25 min ride) run every 30 min or so.
    The flat, around 90 sq. meters (970 sq. feet), is a large living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a laundry room.
    Wi-Fi, air conditioning, three bikes available for free and baby equipment (cot, high chair, sterilizer, baby monitor ...).
    The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: fridge, stove, kettle, bread toaster, coffee machine, oven).
    We are passionate about design and tried to convey that mood in the refurbishment, refined and yet cozy.
    The flat sits within two units, in which we occupy the second unit. There is therefore an independent privacy, while the user can get in touch with us easily for every need / request.
    The area is residential, very safe and quiet. Treviso city center can be reached in 10 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bike.
    Treviso airport is 10 minutes away by car. Venice airport is 30 minutes away.
    We speak Italian (!), English, French and we pretend to speak Spanish :-).
