"The staff was extremely friendly and supportive after a delayed flight. The rooms were clean and the small store provided solid options for a late dinner. The shuttle was a HUGE help and mostly quiet."

"Our first room was great, but the television column didn’t work. Called maintenance and get up graded to a greater room and still was AMAZING!! Staff are great!! Valet was super Wonderful!!! Your valet sets the tone as the first contact and then the desk help was also excellent. I booked for my wife birthday and she loved the view of the River. We definitely will be booking in August two nights!!! "
