This property was very nice. It was clean and very well kept up. The staff was all super friendly and always willing to help if needed. The rooms were really nice and pretty clean. My stay was short but very pleasant. Will surely stay again

Very nice hotel, great location, had a great view and the staff was very pleasant if I have one complaint. It would be about the pillows.They were the worst.I would think they could do a little better for a hotel of that quality...

Our stay was good. Our suite was very clean and large! The only problem was the view was of Air conditioners and metal. Terrible view for a very expensive room. I asked to be moved to another suite with a view however they were booked. We were given a $100.00 credit for food. I want to shout out the following employees who made our stay excellent: Myiesha very helpful, Bryan the Bellman, and Bonnie, excellent representation for the MGM!

The shower tiles in the corner close to the turn-on knobs were unacceptable and never got cleaned after requesting/reporting. One day, the bed was not made or linen changed. Staff were friendly and professional. Meals were great in the restaurant, however, seemed to have run out of items or the fryer was not working making selections too limited.

Front desk area was decent but NOT on a scale a Casino Hotel should be. Outdated furniture in Lobby and in guest rooms. Valet is very slow with attending check in guest. No regular housekeeping, no microwave, no iron for refreshing packed luggaged clothing. Beds sit on low platforms that move as you sit on them. Very cheap to NO amenities for a well known Hotel. NO 24hrs housekeeping for it to be connected with a 24hour Casino. The walls are thin and could hear outside in hallway and rooms next door. The security was questionable. I had random knocking at my door trying to get in when a Do Not Disturb clearly dawned the door knob. This particular hotel clearly could not accommodate large guest when it comes to concerts. The only thing that was good was the Shower! And centrally located and walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. But don’t bring it bake to the hotel. No microwaves!!! Not worth the money I paid to stay there. Over $650 for 2 night stay. Last time I’ll stay there.
